I’d say he’s tired. He looks like he just got up, and since I know him and I have seen him both intoxicated and having just gotten up, this looks like bed head to me!
Hm… In retrospect, it appears I owe an apology. For the record, your “baby daddy” is not necessarily a miscreant. Although, since I myself have not had sex with him, is it okay if I continue to maintain the 100 yard minimum safety barrier between him & my own child, once my wife gets done with her interminable incubation?
