sigh.

It’s October. Normally, this time of year makes me giddy, as it is the start of hockey season. But due to everyone in the NHL being stupid and dumb and stupid, there is no hockey. NO HOCKEY. And who knows when there will be hockey.

And no one seems to care. Why doesn’t anyone care??

You people make me sick.

Sadly, I don't care about hockey, but guess what? I had to put away Aidan's 0-3 mos. clothes! It was very, very sad! He will never wear those cute little things again :(

Superman died :-( after everything Christopher Reeve had been thru, to die of complications from a friggin bedsore. Anyway... I hadnt mentioned before about how much I agree with you, Christa, that Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is an AWESOME movie!!! in another life, Kate Winslet and I will be lovers. For those of you who havent seen it, was released a couple weeks ago on video/dvd, so check it out! i've already seen it 4 times. Team America opens this weekend, WOO HOO!!!

Christopher Reeve was a great man. The work that he did in promoting spinal cord research and bringing those issues to the public was invaluable. It saddens me that he died before being able to walk again, but from what I hear about his progress and determination, I have no doubts he would have met that goal.

Oath of Universal Diplomacy

We are the world's all-hating, all-soul-consuming, always dehumanizing hate parade...
We are the gods of our age; we do not pick our battles; we do not value human life; we do not recognize your authority; we will not bend to your will...
You, you lower lifeforms, you lower 97% of the populace; YOU ARE OUR SLAVES! You will lose; you will realize that you are valueless; you have no authority; you will bend and break for our amusement; you will sell your lives on the hour and buy it from us by the minute; you will pay taxes and ignore our tax-breaks, incentives, and everything else your government gives us! You are meaningless; you were created merely to serve us, worship us, and to raise us up on towering pillars in recognition of our superiority; you do not matter! We've raised our hands and paid the dues; we've paid for your souls in full so shut up and get to work!

We are the god of this nation and you will vote for Bush!

If you happen to find yourself bored and looking for mindless entertainment, check out the men seeking women personals on craigslist.com (atleast for Seattle, but I imagine they're just as good for other cities too) I gotta give these guys credit atleast, they're imaginative. I especially liked the one where the guy mentions liking to go for long walks on the beach with a date, cause it's a great place to dispose of her body. Ahhhhh shucks! with all these winners out here, I wonder why i'm still single :-) also, Team America opens on Fri! already got my tix. WOO HOO!!! i'll be going to a wine tasting beforehand, so I bet it will be even funnier, buzzed.
